Nice property. Kitchen very well appointed. Heated pool without an extra fee in February was a wonderful bonus - very much enjoyed the hot tub and pool. Josh was great with communication.

We brought my sons baseball team to Arizona for a memorial tournament. Not only was it easy and no hassle checking in, but was incredibly clean and welcoming. Josh was in front of everything with clear instructions and expectations, but also wanted us to have a great time with family and friends and was quick with recommendations and suggestions to make our visit much more memorable. We look forward to coming back and would recommend Josh and his team 10/10!! Cheers!

This place was perfect for our family. The house is described exactly as listed and even better. All the activities available kept our children occupied for the days we were there. The hosts were very responsive and location was super close to everything. Looking forward to come back to Phoenix and staying here again!

Great house that’s very spacious and open floor plan. Walking distance to a park was definitely a perk. Peaceful neighborhood and lots of entertainment in the backyard to keep the kids busy!

We had the best time staying here with our friends for spring training. It exceeded our expectations and the house felt inviting and relaxing for our large group. Plenty of space for the kids to play, swim (pool is perfectly heated), and for the adults to try their hand at putting and then follow that up with a dip in the hot tub. The lot is sprinkled with orange trees and we juiced oranges with the kids and enjoyed that by the pool. So many memories were made. We needed to reach out two times during our stay and both times the hosts responded within minutes. We loved the home!

This property was absolutely beautiful and was exactly as described. We were blown away when we walked inside and then outside to the backyard!! Josh and his team were wonderful with communication. Always responded within minutes for anything we needed. I would definitely stay there again, we loved it!!

Our stay was awesome! It was perfect for a family get together. We had kids from 2-20, there was plenty for everyone to do. We liked that there was space for us all to gather, but we could easily find a quiet place to be alone. The host was very responsive on the few questions we had. We would definitely stay here again.

We were in Mesa for a volleyball tournament at the Arizona Athletic Grounds. Josh's place was absolutely perfect for us. The place is beautiful, and it was a haven away from the volleyball tournament. Josh was the best communicator I have ever rented from. I would recommend this place to anyone who has the opportunity to stay there.
